A Year of Progress: Insights from Our Product Manager for 2023
The year 2023 was a time of intense implementations and significant changes in our system. Thanks to the joint efforts of our entire team, we managed to introduce several key updates aimed at improving the work of our clients and enhancing their experience with our product. Below are a few words from our Product Manager, summarizing the past year:
Dear Clients,
First of all, I would like to greet those who don't know me yet. My name is Jakub Piech, and with great joy, I took over the care of the ExpertSender EMP tool in June 2023. During this period, we undertook a series of actions on 8 fronts to prove to you and assure you that you, as our clients, are most important to us, and your feedback, needs, and business goals are our top priority.
Before I discuss the events of 2023, I would like to make two promises to you:
Just as last year I was open and aimed to meet and talk with you, in 2024, my virtual office is always open for you, no matter how big or small a client you are. I promise that I will meet with you for coffee and talk about your challenges. Ask your AM for details – let's meet even this week! 😀
The second promise I make is that in 2024 we will work just as hard as before on the development and innovation of the product, and despite the rapidly changing environment and rules of the game, your emails will achieve high deliverability, and taking care of the quality of shipments will be simpler than ever!

- Drag&Drop editor: We introduced a revolutionary editor that allows intuitive design of newsletters through simple drag-and-drop. Creating attractive campaigns has never been easier! ✨
- AI-enhanced templates: We invested in the development of templates that harness the power of artificial intelligence. Now, your campaigns can be even more personalized and effective. 🤖
- API expansion year: We aimed to make our API as flexible and tailored to individual customer needs as possible. Now you can use our system exactly the way that suits you best. 🛠️
- New communication method - Release Notes: We introduced an innovative way to inform you about updates - Release Notes. Now you can stay up-to-date with the latest features and enhancements. 📣
- AI in email creation: Thanks to AI, we now create email titles and content that are more creative and effective than ever before. 📧
- Delivery improvements: We invested in better delivery by eliminating throttling restrictions, updating progress bars, and partnering with CSA. Now your emails will reach recipients faster and more effectively. 📤
- UX changes and new capabilities: We made changes to the user interface, adding new features such as jumping to the next steps and mapping. Our priority is to maximize the ease of using our system. 🖥️
