There are different patterns to your customers’ purchasing. There are products they like and there are days of the month when they do their online shopping. They also do their shopping at a certain frequency. So first, make sure that you use this data to recommend products that they need at a time when they may need it. Then, your customers like to feel special, so personalize it a bit more. Offer them a discount on the one month anniversary of their first purchase. Lastly, create a simple loyalty program. Remember the stamps you were collecting at your favorite coffee shop? Use this idea for your e-store and you’ll be surprised!
