If you want to make sure that your multichannel marketing strategy is spot on, you need to do a lot of… testing. There is no way around it. It is the only way of verifying if the hypothesis on your clients behavior and preferences is correct or not. Compare two versions of a single variable by testing a client’s response to variant A against variant B. This will allow you to determine which of the two variants is more effective.
