Onboarding new clients is the key to building their loyalty. Why? Well, I can give you at least three reasons. One: being welcomed and appreciated simply creates a great user experience. Two: your clients’ initial actions, that is the products they view and transactions they make, give you info on their preferences. You can use that information to send them follow-up content with offers and recommendations that will keep them buying from you.
