More and more people open messages on their mobile devices. In 2018, it was around 28% of our clients’ subscribers, and last year that number increased to 38%! So, how can you make your emails more attractive for your mobile clients?

One: avoid using a double column layout. It may look nice on desktop, but will very likely be ruined on mobile and may confuse your subscribers. Two: keep your emails 600 pixels wide as it’s the optimal size for all mobile devices. Three: avoid making the call to action an image – if it won’t upload, your clients will miss it! Four: avoid hyperlinking content – it can be almost impossible to tap it for a mobile user! Use a visible button instead. Five: use at least a 13-point font in text and 20-point font in the headlines. Otherwise, mobile users will have a hard time reading your copy.

That’s it for now, more 60-second tips coming soon, so stay tuned!
