What if 75% of your website visitors would like to return to the shopping cart they abandoned? It means that if you engage them properly, you can still convince some of them to purchase! How can you make that happen? There are a few ways. One: use push notifications to remind users about the items in their carts before they leave the website or app. Two: use a workflow to plan the entire communication that would encourage your users to convert. For example, send an email reminder one hour after they leave your eStore, and then personalize a cross-sale message or offer them a discount code. Three: make sure your clients are notified about the price-drop of the item they were interested in using. For example, a mobile push. If they were hesitant about the purchase earlier, now they should convert more easily!
