Creating a call to action button that converts is the key to the success of your email campaigns. To make it right you need to remember four things. One, the call to action should be clearly visible at first glance – make sure it’s separate from the copy of your email. Two, give it a contrasting color but make sure it matches well with the rest of your message. Three, avoid words which suggest to your subscribers that they have to give something up in order to get something from you, whether that is their time, money, or energy. Examples? Buy, Sign Up, Submit, Give, Donate, Sponsor. You get the idea 😉 Also, words like ‘submit’, ’go’, ‘enter’, ‘call’ aren’t going to excite and encourage your potential customers, are they? Four, use activating expressions such as: Visit the shop nowDiscover new collectionContact our Experts.
