Experiencing deliverability problems with Outlook? Here’s what to do to avoid your message being rejected or marked as spam by Outlook.
First, take care of your IP and domain’s sending reputation. Microsoft’s SmartScreen® technology is designed to provide anti-spam filtering innovations for Outlook.com as well as other Microsoft products like Exchange Server, Microsoft Office Outlook, and Windows Live Mail. Second, keep your contact list clean and up to date to avoid spam traps. Third, use the standard URL format and avoid using IP addresses in the URL. Fourth, do not link to websites that have little to do with the message content you’re sending.
