To further increase your sales, you need to build a single customer profile. Why? To get an overview of every action they’ve performed on their mobile devices, on your website, or even in your offline store. This in turn allows for a more efficient segmentation of customers. How do you do it? Simply connect the data from their offline loyalty program – something like the loyalty card they produce when buying in stores, with their online behavior and transactional data. Then, group these customers into segments and target them with relevant communication via email, SMS, web pushes, and pop-ups just like you normally would!
