To make a successful after-season campaign, segment your subscribers into three groups. One: clients that made a purchase during a recent sale. You can ask them to rate their purchasing experience during that hectic period. Two: subscribers who didn’t buy anything during that time, but have been actively browsing products. To those subscribers, send a personalized offer based on their viewing history. Three: send info on final stock clearance to all inactive subscribers who didn’t buy anything during the sale period and haven’t even been active.
