Jeanne is one of email marketing’s most prominent thought leaders, focusing on email since 2000 and is an active member of the Email Experience Council and the Direct Marketing Association’s email marketing arm. She’s a regular columnist for clickZ.com, Only Influencers and published her book The Email Marketing Kit: The Ultimate Email Marketer’s Bible in 2007.
Jeanne discusses the whole spectrum of email marketing issues, periodically bringing up personal anecdotes as and how they relate to email.
